1. Provider

The Sana platform (app.sanahealth.bg) and this site (sanahealth.bg) are provided by „22 Венчърс" ЕООД (22 Ventures EOOD), UIC 208012960, with its seat and registered office at 19 Hadzhi Dimitar Street, Sredets district, 1000 Sofia, Bulgaria. Correspondence: demo@sanahealth.bg. The company is entered in the Commercial Register at the Registry Agency; the company is not registered for VAT.

2. What Sana is

Sana is a reference platform for healthcare professionals: a medicines reference, drug interaction checks, an assistant for clinical questions with cited sources and clinical calculators. The content is obtained from officially published registers and documents; the sources are stated in the platform itself and on sanahealth.bg.

3. What Sana is not

Sana provides information, not recommendations. The platform does not make diagnoses, does not recommend therapy and does not replace the clinical judgement of the healthcare professional. Responsibility for every clinical decision lies with the professional who takes it. Sana is not a medical device within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2017/745 and is not a clinical decision support system.

4. Access and accounts

Access to the assistant requires registration with a confirmed email and a professional identification number (UIN), which is reviewed by an administrator. Organisation accounts are created by a platform administrator; their members are invited by email by the administrator of the respective organisation. The user safeguards their access credentials and does not transfer their account to another person.

5. Acceptable use

The platform is intended for professional reference. The following is not permitted: entering data allowing a patient to be identified; automated extraction of content; transfer of an account to another person; attempts to circumvent the access or load restrictions. Parts of the content are provided under licences that do not permit redistribution outside the platform.

6. Liability

The Provider keeps the content current against the official sources and states the source and the date of every lookup, but does not guarantee continuity of the service and bears no liability for clinical decisions taken on the basis of the information shown; it does not replace the original document and clinical judgement. The Provider is liable in cases of intent or gross negligence. Nothing in these terms excludes liability which by law cannot be excluded.

7. Changes

The Provider may amend these terms as the service develops or where the legal framework changes. The amended terms are published on this page at least 14 days before they take effect, and registered users are notified by email. Continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

Bulgarian law applies. Disputes are referred to the competent Bulgarian court. Supervisory authorities: Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg) and Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).

This document was drawn up in the Bulgarian language. In the event of any discrepancy between the Bulgarian and the English version, the Bulgarian version shall prevail.
